Javid, the owner organized a shuttle for us to the Airport, this was perfect. He also helped us with tours and offered his computer for booking hotels for the rest of our holiday.He offered the best prices and best Restaurant in the city. He was the most friendly and helpful person we have met in Thailand. Wifi and aircondition worked well and the Hotel was right in the city center. As it was a dead end street it was more quiet then the other streets. We were very happy there and would go back .

We had a wonderful stay at Goldsea. Mr Javed, the owner was a perfect host and went out of his way to attend to our every need from booking transport to excursions, advice on restaurants etc...Only thing is don't expect 5* accomodation. Other than that its a perfect location for a beach holiday. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. If you are booking tours, we definitely recommend doing so with Goldsea as you will get great discounts and knowledgable advice! The location is very central and convenient. Beds are comfortable and hotel is quite clean. The owner and his wife were very friendly and wanted to help out as much as they could, felt really welcome there and although the room is small it os a backpackers and was very comfortable and quiet, and much cheaper than the hotels in the area. Awesome Hotel owner. Very caring helpful. Help us in everyway he could! .. Can never find a guest house or hotel with such warm welcome. I really love it there .. Very helpful staff and very good location , walking around 3mins to the beach and bars arounded. Owner really helpful with things needed like trips, suggestions to go out or for shopping. NOTHING, Patong is a vulgar and awful place to stay, the hotel is badly situated and a depressing place. Nothing bad. Although rooms were clean, they still could do with a bit of refurbishment. Our room faced the street. There was no traffic on it, but at times the guests in the hotel on the opposite side of the road were noisy at night, but that is to be expected almost anywhere in Patang,. Nothing. The smells of sewage because the toilets pushed back ! wifi poor. Ridiculously expensive, very noisy (disco) and stinking (pee smell in bathroom).
