Unfortnitly I have lost my IPad at the hotel room and when I reported to
the hotel front desk they have said they will conduct an investigation
and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can
go to the police . I'm very sure someone from the housekeeping has

The staff is excellent, help us pre-booking just on sofa and help us check in before the standard time. The facility is the best I have stay in BKK. Location is always in the center, just fewer steps to center downtown.

The location was absolutely amazing - 1 train stop away from the shopping district but not close enough to have the chaos around us. It also had an amazing mall within a 7-10min walk. Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok.
We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room.
Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.

Location is great. very close to Nana station and close to everything. delicious breakfast, good service, fully functional kitchen, good pool,helpful staff, etc. - Everithing was perfect - location, staff, breakfast, pool, sauna. Very good 4* hotel. Excellent location - just 5-7 minutes walk from BTS Skytrain or MRT Underground, also no problem to find a taxi or tuk-tuk near the hotel. Hotel has a nice location,very close to Terminal 21, Asoke skytrain station is just 5 mts walk, we arrived late and were immediately checked in and were given free upgrade to a two bedroom suite on the 29th floor, lounge and bedrooms had huge floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of Bangkok skyline, hotel is adjacent to a 24 hours open foodland which is a big plus for families travelling with children, overall very nice hotel with excellent location and the staff

The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager. İ believe he is one of the best in the sector. He can literally spend hours and hours with all customers to make their stay in Bangkok pleasent. Take his advises. -

Beautiful clean new facility with a very comfortable bed, beautiful shower and bathroom. All the the main essentials in the kitchen that I use daily like an electric jug to make tea and coffee whenever I want. Massive fridge freezer.
Big tv with many channels in thai and english.
This is where I will stay everytime I stay in Bangkok, even if it is only overnight.
