The best staff ever - extremely kind, polite and service-minded - really high-class. Nice (however small) rooms, big safe deposit box, cabled/wireless (and free) Internet access, well maintained and nicely decorated. I liked the location as it's a few minutes walk to the BTS station and the MBK shopping centre. A few more minutes walk and you have Siam shopping centres like Paragon and a little further Central World. The staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are quite well equipped (large fridge, table for eating, small hairdryer and kettle) for a budget place. The WIFI speed is pretty fast. The breakfast was basic but ok. But I always book glow hotel when I go Bangkok for holiday because of it's shopping locations and their world class service :) it is great from counter to security guards.
