  Staff at reception up graded be cause I compliend about them not sending transport for airport pick.up which I Had requested on my booking and Had asked for confirmation from them in two mails. We Had to ha e breakfast at 6 am as soon as it opened as we Had to go to catch a bus so most of the food was not out or ar - Location is just perfect: 10 min walk from the famous Khaosan Road and many other tourist destinations easily accessible from there. At the same time the hotel is located on the side street right besides a night market with many tasty food and drink options. Especially when you have a child and don't want to walk far away for dinner.

  The boss's daughter's English is very fluent. She is the only one that is of great help but she is not always available. The other service people there are not quite good at English. Communication is very inconvenient. If you like tennis, they have 3 great tennis courts that can be reserved before 4pm.   Had stayed there two weeks prior, and booked again family room as hotel offers great value for money. Great location, great facilities and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with enough variety. Affiliated restaurants perhaps a bit overpriced but still great dining there if you do not wish to leave the hotel area. - Really good... what people say » value for money. We paid only 50€ for a double room, which is really good for such a central location in Bangkok, far from the noisy Khao San road. The hotel is very calm and has a very nice swimming pool. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

The huge buffet breakfast, the pool on the 11th floor with a stunning view over the city skyline, etc. We highly recommend this hotel!

We were a couple, staying in a windowless room, but experienced no problem - The hotel is new. Rooms are well furnished, large and very clean. Breakfast is rich, with many coiches, both western and thai, and breakfast room has a nice view from the 12th floor. Wifi is good. Position is perfect, near central station and chinatown, with restaurants and supermarket close to the hotel. English speaking staff is very kind and will help you with anything.

  The location is good - just across the bridge from the BTS station (Saphon Taksin) and the boat ferry stop (Central Pier or Sathorn). Good range of breakfast food. Whilst you can find better food outside in the evening, the food in the restaurant is not bad. The rooms are more than adequate - enormous double bed and good shower. Staff are helpful... what people say » and courteous. - Rooms were a fairly good size. There was a queen sized bed and enough room to accommodate another queen sized bed. It's really near the pier to take the river taxi across. Plenty of eateries just outside the hotel. 7 eleven 5mins walk from the hotel. Most of the reception staff were very helpful except for one particular male staff (see below).

It is placed in the luxury price bracket, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
