  Butler service is amazing, speaks english well and he remembers his guests. I wanted to tip him but he wasn't around after i tried to get my money each time. I will make sure to do it the next time I am there. All hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Very clean and comfortable. - The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly - really made our stay feel special.
