Without exception the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated right in the red light district but my wife and I were perfectly at ease coming and going. Good location next to the Patpong night market and lots of places near by to eat. The room was comfortable but a little worn. The hotel was good value. It has a pool which is small but fine.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very central to all restaurants, shopping malls i.e. Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, Siam Discovery, etc is within walking distance.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great amenities. Breakfast was fabulous, a good spread.

I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.

Location is excellent for those who love shopping. Platinum Mall, Centralworld, big c and patnip plaza are all 5 min walk distance. At night, there are plenty of food stalls in the vicinity so we never went hungry. In all, will stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok.
