  We were in this hotel many many times. I even any more don't know, how many times we were there. Our last visit to this hotel took place in July, 2013. At first, we thought to change hotel to diversify our visit of Bangkok. But then decided that Chatrium for us like a home and decided to go again to Chatrium. And again we didn't regret. There it is always cozy, s - This resort has everything! The apartments are massive, modern, incredible. Pool is stunning, great gym, restaurant, pool bar, wellness spa, children's playground, all day room service... I thought I'd died and gone to heaven...! I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Plus the convenience store (mini-mart) located on site was a blessing! Perfect for couples, families, health & wellness, business or leisure travellers.

Especially when you have a child and don't want to walk far away for dinner.

We were able to change to a different room which suited us better and the staff did everything they could to make sure we were happy, and booked us tours and cheap rates with the local taxi's.   The facilites are fantastic in the main building, however if you have a room in the corner wing you need to be aware that there is no gym or swimming pool - although it only takes 5 minutes to get from one to the other this can be very inconvinient as it involves going outside... not great if you're in your boardies. After speaking to the manager (by this time it was 1am so credit to him for calling me back) I was upgraded - I like the design and architecture of the hotel. The rooms are stylish equipped. The swimming-pool area is very nice. But it's in another building. You have to go out, turn left and walk 10 meters along the street and enter the other building and go up to the 9th floor. The breakfast is good for the price.

Buffet breakfast was a wide selection which helped given we had two picky toddlers. In all, will stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok.
