1.The staffs were friendly and helpful, even the guard always welcoming me back when I reach hotel lobby entrance.
2. The room was spacious, bed are comfortable. I am using the Gym room, swimming pool, steam room, sauna very often during my long stay at this hotel.

Fantastic location right near BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit. Close to markets, restaurants and lots of amenities. The dining area has moved upstairs on Floor 2 which I think is a better location.

Good for those who have come to Bangkok for shopping and leisure. The location is calm and nice, just off the main road and 5 to 10 minutes walk from both the underground and sky train. Taxi's are easily available. A couple of good eateries, a 7 Eleven store and an ATM are nearby. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Their willingness to help overcomes the slight language barrier, that's more to do with the accent. They can otherwise communicate fairly well in English.

The staff has clearly been trained and motivated to be as welcoming as possible, and it showed. They were friendly, efficient and unfailingly helpful.
The room was large, modern, clean and everything worked well.
The Terminal 21 shopping mall beneath the hotel had plenty of stores and a food court.
As everyone knows, traffic on Sukumvit Road can be a nightmare, but this hotel's location is fabulous for getting ground Bangkok without sitting in traffic -- it is at the junction of the Skytrain

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed both times that we stayed here. The staff was most welcoming, friendly and helpful. This hotel is on the river and very close to Wat Pho, Wat Arum and the Royal Palace. It has nearby restaurants that serve delicious food at reasonable prices. This hotel's location is ideal for a tourist. It is very new and clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful. We even took a canal cruise while waiting for our departure flight. We highly recommend it

best, close to sky train, nice and quiet location, fast WiFi in big
spacious room. I would suggest to always book a taxi through hotel
reception because they only use meter taxis and drivers who actualy
bother to switch the meter on. 99 percent of the taxis dont bother to
switch it on and do u in. A trip with a taxi using the meter from Abloom
to international departures at the airport should cost u about 180 baht.
