  Almost everything, clean and cozy room, comfortable bed, shower with constant hot water, friendly staff, location near Asok, free internet. All my requests have been fulfilled except of broken scales. The hotel is new and is better to stay than in classier Rembrant on the opposite side. Be aware of laundry lady knocking on everybody's door w/o do ... what people say » not disturb sign. - Beautiful clean new facility with a very comfortable bed, beautiful shower and bathroom. All the the main essentials in the kitchen that I use daily like an electric jug to make tea and coffee whenever I want. Massive fridge freezer. Big tv with many channels in thai and english. This is where I will stay everytime I stay in Bangkok, even if it is only overnight.

  Loved it, the staff where great and I thought it was very well priced for a 5 star hotel, the fact in was two separate buildings didn't worry me at all... would recommend it to everyone - The staff are so helpful they really made our stay, the hotel is very nicely decorated, clean etc but it was the service that would make me want to go back.

  It took us forever to decide our Bangkok hotel, we were not sure on location, but this hotel is the perfect location! Just far enough away from the craziness of Sukhamvit street, but close enough to easily walk to it. The breakfast was good. Our 2 br apartment was large, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Loved it! - The apartments and the amenities were perfect for my needs. Plenty of space and a great kitchen to cook in if we didn't go out - which we did most of the time. Centrally located and a short walk from most of my meetings. Staff are great and do everything they can to make you welcome and happy throughout your stay. I tried the rooftop infinity pool this time (I stayed a month ago) - views over Bangkok are breathtaking. Can't fault this place.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The hotel is only a five minuite walk from the skytrain and 10 minuite walk from the main shops. Hotel swimming pool is good and plenty of room around the pool for sunbathing. - The staff treats you like a royalty, polite, helpful, accomodating.   Well the hotel is simply breath taking. i love every knock of it. it was simply marvelous. the hotel is within walking distance from the major shopping malls. it has around 9 restaurants if i am not mistaken. the rooms are adequate and the amenities is amazing. the service level matches its brand name. the front desk never stop smiling. it is simp... what people say » ly very warm to be at a hotel like this. - Service, location.

  The location is good - just across the bridge from the BTS station (Saphon Taksin) and the boat ferry stop (Central Pier or Sathorn). Good range of breakfast food. Whilst you can find better food outside in the evening, the food in the restaurant is not bad. The rooms are more than adequate - enormous double bed and good shower. Staff are helpful... what people say » and courteous. - Rooms were a fairly good size. There was a queen sized bed and enough room to accommodate another queen sized bed. It's really near the pier to take the river taxi across. Plenty of eateries just outside the hotel. 7 eleven 5mins walk from the hotel. Most of the reception staff were very helpful except for one particular male staff (see below).
