It took us forever to decide our Bangkok hotel, we were not sure on location, but this hotel is the perfect location! Just far enough away from the craziness of Sukhamvit street, but close enough to easily walk to it. The breakfast was good. Our 2 br apartment was large, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The AC worked great, the washing machine was so nice to have. The pool really looks like it does in the pics, beautiful view! Loved it!.
all reviews » The apartments and the amenities were perfect for my needs. Plenty of space and a great kitchen to cook in if we didn't go out - which we did most of the time. Centrally located and a short walk from most of my meetings. Staff are great and do everything they can to make you welcome and happy throughout your stay. I tried the rooftop infinity pool this time (I stayed a month ago) - views over Bangkok are breathtaking. Can't fault this place. The staff were very helpful, friendly and genuinely concerned about our comfort and safety. They made sure that only taxis willing to use the meter ferried us out of the hotel, they gave instructions in Thai to the driver and gave us a slip of paper with the particulars of the taxi on a hotel slip whenever we took a taxi from the hotel. Our 2 bedroom apt had a few problems that could not be sorted out by the staffs best efforts during our first 2 nights,so the Manager upgraded us to a wonderful 3 bedroom apt on the 16th floor with Panoramic views of the city.Extremely friendly & helpful Staff.Fantastic Infinity pool on 18th floor. Staff is excellent, very helpful, they provide all the information regarding anything and everything. They have booked our day with spa with special discount and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The location is next to jw Marriot and is very close to 2 metro stations. The breakfast is good. The hotel is very clean and seem relatively new. I booked a one bed room apartment for my family of three kids and got a Spacious clean room, good kitchen, nice staff, good location near Nana street and many other shopping places. Wifi is really good. You get this all around hotel. Staff friendliness, quality service and facilities throughout the whole experience. Central location, complete privacy ( do not get maid knocking on the door asking to clean the room irrespective of if DND sign is up or not as happens in some 5* hotels). This hotel was the reason our time in Bangkok was enjoyable. After traveling elsewhere in Thailand, Bangkok was less than great. Luckily this serviced apartment was just what we needed- lots of space, great rooftop pool, and comfortable. The staff were simply superb. This is my second time ,the hotel is clean,quiet ,close to shopping areas,very friendly Staffs, lobby is quite large and clean. Room Space & facility beside location close to resturants. Comfort. the Appatment is suitable for families , all what required for the families is available , good to stay whth family and relax. The lobby seemed to have a strange smell and lacked AC (but rooms had excellent AC). The concierge was not very helpful, I think because she did not speak English well. Nothing bad enough to keep us from coming back. The revelry along Soi 4 (back entrance) can be very raucous at night. The noise coming from disco / bars from the next street until late night / early morning. If given a choice take your room on12th floor and above. Windows are very thin: rooms are noisy Kitchen utensils are very few, not enough for cooking for whole family! Hotel does not have restaurant, although if you stay in a serviced apartment you may not need it Breakfast average. I didn't like the fact that there is no restaurant or spa in the hotel which made me cancel a 6 nights booking. There isn't really a place for breakfast. it's just part of the small lobby and food area is tiny. I was in 12a07 room and got too noisy around 10 to 12 night Booz there are restaurants at the back of hotel that play very loud live music. Leaving. The Internet was a nightmare. If this were a business trip I would have been in trouble because it was very spotty. The breakfast was of less variety. However, still much better than other places where I have visited. Little expensive, the breakfast is poor, yet it contains 75% Thai foods although I've not seen any Thai people staying there! It says that the breakfat is free, but I'm sure it's added to the room price bcz nothing free in Thailand!. I didin,t like the noise coming from the Arabic casino as the music very high and disturbed us,though I understood that nothing can be done to that and feel very dissapointed about it. Ac broke down and needed repair. The room was not cleaned on the first day until I requested. The second day I didn't get the complimentary water until I requested. None so far. Breakfast was chaotic. Location was in between 2 stations, only a few minutes walk to either but through dodgy, overcrowded streets with bad pavements. It located between Soi 2 & Soi 4 and Soi 4 are fully with Bars and other entertainment So if your apartment facing Soi 4 you may face issue with sleeping. There is noise in some room which located near the street. The price for room could be change if you extend your stay. Can not think of a thing I did not like. The housekeeping forgetting putting clean towels and toileteries. Hotel's management did not take any action on the complains reported to Guest Relations in connection with the appartment.. internet WI-FI very slow. Some noise from bars outside. no complains. Some towels were torn. I do suggest every room have own television and improve the wifi quality. Weird on site restaurant. The couch could have been cleaner. There was bad smile in the lobby. -Soi Nana-side is very noisy in nighttime. Breakfast is very bad. Nothing. No thing. The apartment had a few bits and pieces that were worn in and a few ascratches on the furniture. In all from the look, feel, luxury and elegance of what I expected was delivered. And I loved the place. they told me they cant clean the blnket i clean it and i shaw them to avoid paying 5000 baht. The hotel is not 5star accomeditaion,needs more attention in cleaning, the breakfast is of very poor quality,the space for braekfast is very small to accomidate all the appartments. The room service! !!! You leave the room and when u came back still not cleaned. my room face the bars and it would be a little bit nosiy at night. Soi 4 class of tourist. breakfast is very poor , staffs need to be trained more how to deal with customers , most of them always feel that they are angry and not friendly.
