  I was staying with my friend for 2 days and we are very happy with our choice. The stuff was very friendly and our room was superb, huge, clean with modern furniture, huge bathroom, also there is very nice and comfy sitting area with sofas,room safe,huge TV.Location is good and 2 min walk from big street, which makes the level of street noises mini... what people say » mal,but still it was city center.there is a pool. - The staff were very friendly and helpful and accomodated our early check-in request. The hotel was modern and very clean, the rooms looked exactly as they did in the website pictures -which is not often the case. We felt the hotel rooms and amenties were to the standard of a 5 star hotel and had every thing we required.

  Great! I love this area whenever I got to Bangkok for the weekend. Great for if you are looking for a good area, close to all the good restaurants (fancy or nonfancy) shopping, clubs. They have a shuttle to take you down the street to the bst which is perfect. The pool is nice up on - I review hotels and the service industry for a living, but Lohas weren't to know that. The hotel is well run, the staff are excellent. The rooms are large, clean and well set out, but be careful which room you pick, or, as happened to me, you'll be overlooked by apartment blocks on either side that are so close you'll be unable to open your curtains without people looking in.   We were in this hotel many many times. I even any more don't know, how many times we were there. Our last visit to this hotel took place in July, 2013. At first, we thought to change hotel to diversify our visit of Bangkok. But then decided that Chatrium for us like a home and decided to go again to Chatrium. And again we didn't regret. There it is always cozy, s - This resort has everything! The apartments are massive, modern, incredible. Pool is stunning, great gym, restaurant, pool bar, wellness spa, children's playground, all day room service... I thought I'd died and gone to heaven...! I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Plus the convenience store (mini-mart) located on site was a blessing! Perfect for couples, families, health & wellness, business or leisure travellers.

All my requests have been fulfilled except of broken scales. The hotel is new and is better to stay than in classier Rembrant on the opposite side. All the the main essentials in the kitchen that I use daily like an electric jug to make tea and coffee whenever I want. Massive fridge freezer. Big tv with many channels in thai and english.   I must say it is one of the most extreme "value for money" I experienced. Georgeous hotel, wonderful decoration in the rooms, good and attenting staff.. Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it. We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too. All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

  The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out... what people say » their problem. Everyone is very friendly,helpful - We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It´s a nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very clean and it´s high standard. The stuff are very friendly and helpful and give you the best service. And it´s very silent and peaceful inside the hotel.
