  Spacious and very clean apartment which located in a quiet street. It is new, nicely furnished and only 3 minutes walk from the most important sites.The kitchen is very good equipped by all necessary things, refrigerator, stove, tea pot, knives, spoons, forks, plates, washing machine and so on. Also great to be just around the corner from the Jacaranda restaurant where we had the best m - We were pleasantly surprised when we got to the apartment ; the location and the design of the apartment was just a treat! Especially comparing it to the price . It deserved every penny . As soon as we got to the apartment I tried booking an extra night we loved it so much ! Unfortunately fully booked !! So my advice Valencia is an axing city and staying at these apartments made it an even better stay ; so try to stay there former than one night before u regret it !

  Location to Central Market and other sites superb. WiFi reception excellent. Hostel staff nice and helpful. Reports about noise (and we even stayed during Las Fallas festival) are exaggerated. Also, despite comments on odour, the odour was only present in the elevator. Our apartment (#2) had absolutely no odour at all. They also had a restaurant which we didn't try as only there for one night, but wished we had, as well as a large underground car park. We enjoyed the terrace with view over the pretty courtyard and the fact that our 1 bedroom penthouse apartment had an extra cloakroom as well as the ensuite with large walk-in shower. The electrically operated windo - Good location,nice feel to the building, lovely big balcony, clean on arrival,excellent facilities with lots of towels, blankets etc. Couldn't have been better for what we wanted. Close to 2 metro stations or walk into City. Very convenient for airport 21 minutes on metro - no changes! City is unremarkable, Arts and Science Park is amazing, beach is dreadful.
