Spacious and very clean apartment which located in a quiet street. It is new, nicely furnished and only 3 minutes walk from the most important sites.The kitchen is very good equipped by all necessary things, refrigerator, stove, tea pot, knives, spoons, forks, plates, washing machine and so on. The staff are friendly and problem solving oriented.

We were pleasantly surprised when we got to the apartment ; the location and the design of the apartment was just a treat! Especially comparing it to the price . It deserved every penny . As soon as we got to the apartment I tried booking an extra night we loved it so much ! Unfortunately fully booked !! So my advice Valencia is an axing city and staying at these apartments made it an even better stay ; so try to stay there former than one night before u regret it !

The location of the apartment was perfect, above a gorgeous little square in the heart of the city. The apartment itself is perfect for a city break, everything is clean & modern & even though there was only two of us it is certainly big enough for four...infact we plan to return with our two girls it is that nice!

the apartment was fabulous and exceptionally clean. equipped with most of the necessary things required for self catering living. the food in the restaurant was of an exceptional standard that could easily compete with 5 star quality restaurants. the waiting staff were very friendly and attentative.

Good location,nice feel to the building, lovely big balcony, clean on arrival,excellent facilities with lots of towels, blankets etc. Couldn't have been better for what we wanted. Close to 2 metro stations or walk into City. Very convenient for airport 21 minutes on metro - no changes! City is unremarkable, Arts and Science Park is amazing, beach is dreadful.

It is very nice and stylish apartment in the heart of old town of Valencia. Staff was very friendly and helpful, apartments was clean. Santiago met us at apartment building, showed us everything and provided with city map.

Great location, quiet, clean and new apartment. Few minutes walk away from the old town (city center) and aside of Túria River, a green park we walked all the way till the City of Arts and Sciences. Good connection with airport: 20' walk from the Àngel Guimerà metro station (L3/5) or even less from Turia station L1.

Excellent location, very clean and quiet apartment. Close to all the main attractions. we stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay.We stayed in the penthouse on the top floor which I would recommend.Easy to get from the airport by metro (Turia station) then a 10 minute walk to the apartment. Owner was friendly and helpful.
