The apartment was clean, new but very basic. There is one bath with
bidet, small kitchen ( no oven - decently equipped ) , dining table,
sofa bed, one bedroom and balcony. There is soap in the bathroom with
two extra rolls of toilet paper. A new iron and board never been used.
They give you two bath towels and two small towels. Also there is an
extra blanket and pillow. The pillows are so long, first time I have
seen one of those. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking
distance.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Apartment itself was well furnished, extremely clean and comfortable. Our apartment was only a few minutes walk from the Àngel Guimerà metro station - and the metro makes it extremely easy to get around (would recommend it over the bus). If we had any problems the staff were more than happy to help in any way

The apartment was very cleaned, with towels for everybody.

The apartments were well equipped and very comfortable for our stay. Well situated for exploring the city with good restaurants and bars locally. There is a lot to do and see and we would highly recommend the segway tour of Valencia, but do wear helmets just in case !! -

The staff were extremely friendly from the start and provided useful
advice on the city and nearby transport links. The apartment was very
well kitted out,(washing machine, dishwasher etc) the air conditioning
was particularly welcomed due to the summer temperatures. The cost of
the room split between four friends was unbelievable value for money.

Great location in the old town, close to all the main places of interest. Convenient with a supermarket and a playground nearby, our 4 y.o. really appreciated this. Very nice host and a great stay in general. Apartment we had was well equipped and clean.
