  We liked the friendly welcome from Nacho who is incredibly helpful and kind. We loved the supreme comfortable beds and pillows and how well equipped the apartment is. The decor was perfect for our taste in fact our favourite colours. Nacho's recommendations for eating out were fantastic and a meal for 2 including drinks and first class service amo... what people say » unted to 14 euros. The level of security is first class and the local shop 2 mins walk is an added welcome bonus as is the restaurant Barbera. We will - Comfortable and completely equipped appartment with all necessary facilities, incl. washing machine (washing powder available) which we used after nearly 2 weeks travelling around Spain, ironing equipment etc. Very appreciated welcome by Nacho, explaining us all important topics about town as well as appartment and surroundings. Our party of four was met at the airport by a very friendly rep from the company who took us to check in and then on to the apartments. Furniture was newer and what is typically found in European hotel rooms. The restaurant up in the front of the complex was - Calm, quiet, close to the sea. Great place for a family vacation, maybe for a loving couple wanting privacy. Friendly staff, comfortable apartments overlooking the sea. Excellent value.

  Apartments very clean , modern comfortable and well equipped. location is excellent just 5 minutes walk from all tourist sights , the fresh food market is on the door step, shops and restaurants (Lots of Tapas bars very good prices ) all minutes away. The staff were very helpful and came straight away to sort out the large window which would not close. Left our luggag - The apartment was clean, new but very basic. There is one bath with bidet, small kitchen ( no oven - decently equipped ) , dining table, sofa bed, one bedroom and balcony. There is soap in the bathroom with two extra rolls of toilet paper. A new iron and board never been used. They give you two bath towels and two small towels. Also there is an extra blanket and pillow. The pillows are so long, first time I have seen one of those. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

  Staff were very helpful and friendly. Apartment itself was well furnished, extremely clean and comfortable. Our apartment was only a few minutes walk from the Àngel Guimerà metro station - and the metro makes it extremely easy to get around (would recommend it over the bus). If we had any problems the staff were more than happy to help in any way ... what people say » they could. - All the staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us information about what to see in the city and where to eat. The apartment was very cleaned, with towels for everybody. Very good location that allows us to visit Valencia on foot. Recommendable 100%

  Loved this place. Staff friendly & helpful. Location is perfect, walking distance to major attractions & a 2 min walk to the food market. The flat was perfect, clean & good facilities. Secure parking is approx 5 min walk away. Highly recommended would stay there again no hesitation. - Location Brilliant and staff were really helpf... what people say » ul.   Very comfortable with friendly staff. The rooms had excellent double glazing and effective air conditioning, it would have been noisy if we had had to sleep with the windows open.   Modern hotel within walking distance of the metro station Ayora and the Turia Gardens. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. We would definitely revisit this hotel. - I am in a wheelchair and at no time did I have a problem with access to any facilities + the staff treated me like a human being not an inconvenience.

  Great staff! Very nice place to stay at with an amazing view of the river bed which is no more than a 100 feet away. Very close to major sight seeing sites within 20 min walks. - The hotel in a good location and the rooms are really comfortable and big.
