The glass bathroom doors don't afford much privacy if you are sharing the room.Our room did not have great views and when the windows were opened for ventilation we could smell the drains - possible as the room overlooked the central lightwell. The top bunk had no safety railing.Super small room and very thin bed. some of the staff were a blunt. Room was hot and stuffy, turned a/c to coolest setting but didn't makeany difference. Accepted the breakfast special but after checking flightitinerary discovered we would be leaving before breakfast on last day.Asked to change to full price breakfast for two days but staff refused.This honest mistake cost us 8 euros each. Breakfast, shower, tv did not get channels specified or in theright order. very noisy - doors slamming and people shouting down corridors till after 1am; some parts of room dirty; wifi not working - wires hanging out of the wall; room far too hot and air conditioning not working (in spite of being told twice that it would be fixed); no blind in bathroom, so room became light too early.
