  Location, short walk to promenade. Cleanliness. Well equiped apartment. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. Although we did not use the pool facilities it looked very clean and well kept grounds. Price was very reasonable. Husband is recouperating after new hip op and Albir good flat walking for him. Hotel offers physio facilities although we did not... what people say » take it up. No problem with being British in a Scandinavian hotel as English is spoken. - The room was spacious and clean. The staff were lovely. Albir is a very nice little town (far nicer than Benidorm or Alicante in my opinion but close to both) and it's easy to see other areas of Spain such as Valencia and some lovely, quaint inland towns from there.

  We were on the 7th floor and each room had a view either sea or country .Spacious balcony. The best part were the lights at night, lit up by all the high rise hotels close by. Located right in the heart of the old town with good access to metr - Newly decorated rooms with sufficient space and particularly comfortable shower. Location is perfect, hardly 5 minutes walking to Plaza de la Reina.

  Location was superb, Staff very friendly and very helpful Café clean, good variety of snacks, staff excellent especially Sandra Accommodation adequate and clean Price of accommodation was very good We had a very thoroughly enjoyable holiday .   So convenient for airport we need to be close as the run up from Mojacar is a bit of a rush. Found this aparthotel fab.and just a 5 min to nightlife and beautiful beach. First time stay but would not now stay anywhere else. So clean , quiet at night, very comfortable beds. Absolutely first class and SO REASONABLE . She even helped some of our friends out who were overcharged by the taxi trip to the hotel by getting the taxi driver to come back to the hotel.
