Firstly, I travel a lot all over the world for business and this hotel stands out above almost all others, regardless of price. Notable for the amazing staff, great location and wonderfully newly refurbished building and room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Exceptional service: probably the nicest and most helpful I have encountered at any hotel, the management, reception and cleaning staff really stood out - amazing! Located right in the heart of the old town with good access to metr.

Friendly and helpful staff (willing to leave us some breakfast, ready for us to have prior to the actual opening of the breakfast, as we had to leave before that time). Location is perfect, hardly 5 minutes walking to Plaza de la Reina. The design and decor with the exposed brick finish and graffiti headboard above the bed. Large and spacious room with 2 person jacuzzi. Large and modern shower to fit two people with good water pressure. Very comfortable beds. Room was bright and airy. Late check-out. Fantastic location and a lovely, friendly welcome. Extremely clean rooms and well design hotel in the heart of the old town. Very good value for money with breakfast included and walk right out of the door into the heart of Valencia. We would certainly book again!. The hotel is very modern and very well situated. Staff is very friendly. Our room had a jacuzzi, which was pretty cool. And when we mentioned we were on honeymoon, they put candles all over the room which was a nice touch. The hotel is newly renovated, very clean, it had a great, helpful and enthusiastic host. The hotel is small and makes a very good use of space. It was pretty quiet. The place has a beautiful design and is cosy. The hotel is new and in the process of being set up. But we had no issues with any construction noise or anything. The opening hours of the reception is a bit short (until 5pm only). I guess when it's fully up and running, they'll have longer opening hours. Rooms are a bit noisy. Shower was in the room with only a glass screen. Nice for some but no privacy. Room was basic but nice. The parking is a disaster, even though very close, it is 21 euro+. I personally want to have it as a part of my stay. There is a parking lot across the alley. Maybe management could create a relationship with them. Also, it needs to say the exact price on the letsbookhotel.com. The breakfast needs to be revamped. After traveling through Spain for 18 days, I was not impressed. Contact me, I can give you advice. After 5pm the hotel reception is closed. Everything well organized with private safe to get the room keys and wifi details, however no possibility to answer questions (where to find a glass ... I need to go and find myself in the breakfast room ??). We didn't mind, but the view was not so good from our room. view from room, stair case of junior suite (51). I would like to have fruit at breakfast since spain is known for its great oranges. Plus the rooms are a bit noisy. Nothing. No parking - but as most people take the plane, it is not a problem for most. Noisy room @ groundfloor, no window... Small bathroom. Rooms could be bigger, no window. Noisy neighbours + thin walls = not much sleep. Quality of sleep is terrible. Hotel is equipped in old building. Some rooms just literally installed in previous cross passage arc in between streets. You hear everything what is happening in the street as you "lay in the street". NO windows except small very high located. And no any gardines, so it is candlelight ambience the whole night. The bathroom and room smelled like raw sewage. Would NEVER stay here again. The room didn't have a proper window and the bedroom wasn't insulated from noise. Lack of storage and hanging space. Breakfast room uncomfortable and far too small. Poor views.
