It was a very pleasant stay. It is family owned and the couple were very friendly being very helpful 24 hours da day. It has been recently renovated and is very clean. Request a seaview room it is worth the extra cost. -

For me the location was perfect...but for many, esp if like me, you
don't have a car you might be very disappointed...or even angry.
It's 3-4km to the shops and a couple of km to the main sandy beach
but the small rocky beach is only 1km or so down the hill off the
wonderful coastal walk the Via Verde :)

Everything. Everything was amazing. We got the penthouse and ours had 4
balconies, including a private roof terrace, off the 2 bedrooms,
livingroom, kitchen and office. The only thing missing in the whole
place was a hair dryer. I would highly recommend for families, couples
and friends. Beautiful area, great modern and comfortable apartments
with views to the sea and mountains, and secured free parking. Wish we
spent our whole stay here!

My husband and I were very impressed with this hotel. Yes, the room was small but it was all you needed. Staff was very helpful. A free stubby of beer each on arrival. Didn't need anything else. outlook/view to seaward, with vista along the coast southwards. The
apartment was spacious for family use, fully appointed, comfortable, and
a nice enclosed balcony with several full-width sliding patio doors.
Windows 'mirrored' for privacy. Nice pool and sun-lounge area.
Four lifts, wash-room etc. Excellent friendly front-desk staff, and the
room-attendant was also most friendly and helpful.

The apartments were really nice and modern. Converted garages with lots of space and light. 15minutes from the beach, a walk away from the Ciudad de Bellas Artes and a short bus ride to the centre.

I do think that it does need some changes made in the apartments especially flooring. I think the decor in the lounge especially furn -
As a seasoned traveller to Spain, Benimar had everything I would expect
of a Spanish apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had more than ample
space for two people with a large balcony, living area and kitchen. I
thought it was ideally situated being a ten minute walk to the old town,
ten minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the nightclub / cabaret
area. Also I arrived by public bus direct from Alicante airport. This
stops and returns from Avenida de Europa and again is only ten minutes
walk

This place is okay, and very good value if there are 5 or 6 of you. A seriously great location only a 10 minute walk from the town centre. Comfy beds, 2 bathrooms and right next to a café and a bar for breakfast or a meal. We would certainly go back.
