I have been to Benimar 7 times now and find it a very quiet peaceful place, Because I am a single person on her own, I feel very safe there, and I find it very central to everything that I need. I have been going to Benidorm for 25 years now, and I have been to most All Inclusive Hotels. But I like the Freedom of the Benimar Apartments. Especially for Space. I do think that it does need some changes made in the apartments especially flooring. I think the decor in the lounge especially furn.
all reviews » As a seasoned traveller to Spain, Benimar had everything I would expect of a Spanish apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had more than ample space for two people with a large balcony, living area and kitchen. I thought it was ideally situated being a ten minute walk to the old town, ten minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the nightclub / cabaret area. Also I arrived by public bus direct from Alicante airport. This stops and returns from Avenida de Europa and again is only ten minutes walk. Location is great for both new and old town. No fuss apartments which have just that bit extra. Small flat screen tv (terrestrial). English news channel. Ironing Board, Iron, Microwave,fridge, 4 ring electric hob, kettle and washing machine. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a deposit (£150) to pay but as long as apartment left as found deposits are returned either before or on day of departure. Safe is 2 euros per day with returnable deposit of 10 euros. I have been 6 times now and find it a spacious apartment. Excellently cleaned by Housekeeper Paola, very efficient in everything she does. Lovely Garden and clean Pool area by Danny and Paola.I love to see them each year. I go mainly twice a year for a Month, I lov E Benidorm. Benimar very clean,great location close to large super market and bars etc. easy to visit aqualandia,terra mitica from near by bus stop. Great place,would stay again. Although s/c we went out for our meals,but it had everything if you did want s/c including w/machine.This is the fourth time we have stayed here. Apartments were very clean and located between old town and new town used the washing machine for the towels as you dont get clean ones. The apartments were equipped with everything one would need. Block was very clean, light and airy. Friendly staff and cleanliness was first rate. Good Location. Stayed before nice and quite location great pool good staff. Just the remarks I have made on other page. Some would find the beds too firm but it was fine for me. There is not much food prep surface in the kitchen if you plan to do much cooking & ladies bring a makeup mirror as the only mirror is in the bathroom. Can't think of any. The mirror in Bathroom is too small and not light enough in there. Would be nice in Bedroom on long wall. Settee Covers need replacing and an update with the furniture to give room a little colour in Lounge. Apart for those little changes it would be perfect. We had to go looking for the housekeeper to get our deposit back that was paid on arrival,she knew we were being picked up at a certain time,but we still had to go looking for her,fortuneatly she was on the premises. could do with a decent showerhead. Wifi quite poor. all good....xx. all ok. would have liked an oven in the kitchen. Mobility scooters everywhere. Could do with mirror in bedroom. Furnitures getting old old and vorn. Towels and linen with holes in them. a little noisy with sirens as the hospital is just behind. Kettle to small, no pegs, no cupboards in bathroom, no mirror in bedroom. giving a deposit although it was returned immediately on departure. also early check out. Limited English speaking tv channels. Swimming pool was shaded for quiet early on in the eveningas where the balconies. No hot water one night when getting ready to go out in the evening . the deposit has not been returned checked the bank on the 16 of november not transfered back to my bank can you please sort this matter out thanking you keith gray scunthorpe. Although the place was very clean the furniture was very tired looking and could be done with an update hot water issue in the morning after one shower no hot water left no clean towels or sheets. A bit noisy as on main road. Lack of staff available for info. No cleaning or clean towels. Very basic. Air con leaked everyday not maintained we'll enough now although not staffs fault management needs to look at keeping rooms more updated.
