Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. We had a great time in this hotel. Room was spacious, with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Rooms were cleaned every day.
We really loved breakfast, it was great and delicious.
Wi-fi access was in lobby. But it wasn´t important for us.
