The service at the hotel was very good, athought it is a very big hotel, we had the impression they knew their guests individually. Everything was clean, the room, the pool, the restaurant. Parking was fine infront of the hotel so no need to pay for the parking place... All in all we enjoyed our stay there as a family. -

The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't. got off at bus stop and bought food for dinner after sightseeing. Lots

I would recommend Masaru since we found everything extremely nice.
The value/price is very good.
The staff was very friendly and kind not just simply polite.
The location is very good. Nice area, shops, bars and low traffic. Pool area was well maintained.
Food was excellent and there were no hidden expenses when checking-out.

The hotel was very clean and staff were efficient, polite and attentive.
The location was convenient if you wanted to walk into town our walk the the next beach though you would need some time to do either and be quite fit.. Excellent value for money. We have recommended it to another couple who have booked a few days in the hotel and know it.
