  Peaceful location, generally good facilities, friendly staff, value for money, pleasing ambience - The room was extremely confortable, clean and luxurious; we especially liked the terrace with the long chairs. The environment of the hotel was very peaceful and calm...this was by far the best hotel we stayed in during out 10 day circuit-stay in Tenerife.

  Staff is very kind, helpful and easy-going. The sea view from the apartment is stunning. This residence is close to city center, but in a quiet area over the town. Nice swimming pool, with plenty of free sunbeds.   The a/c was not working too well when we first arrived but the hotel staff managed to sort it out quite quickly - excellent value for money very clean and well maintained quiet during our stay close to airport

  Overall, we found the experience very good. It seemed as though the whole experience was designed so that you had minimal interruptions, maximum privacy and relaxation on your own terms. Hotel's employee’s En - The staff were very helpful and gave great advise on sights, buses etc. Lovely pool and area around pool is very relaxing. There's a bus stop right outisde the door that goes to the airport. Near numerous restaurants, shops and Playa las Vistas beach. Location is excellent, very quiet at night and yet only 5 mins walk for main Playas de Americas strip. Would highly recommend this hotel and stay there again in future. The apartments were cleaned 5 times in the week we stayed. The pool food was
