  Hotel staff were excellent, friendly & efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Small supper plates provided even though we arrived at 10.30pm. Also after checking out at 10am, we were allowed to use the leisure facilities to change & freshen up before heading off to the airport at 5pm.   We got exactly what we expected, very quiet and comfortable place to stay /we tried to avoid noisy areas like Magaluf/. The reception staff were very helpful and nice. We got great studio with beautiful view onto the bay. Food was ok, you always find something nice to eat. Definitely I would recommend Club Santa Ponsa to those who do not require l... what people say » uxury and just want to spend few days on the sun. - We stayed for 4 days and really loved the location - up on a hill with beautiful views over the bay. The hotel is much quainter than any of the others with lots of outdoor dining/seating areas. The food was excellent with lots of choice.
