We got exactly what we expected, very quiet and comfortable place to stay /we tried to avoid noisy areas like Magaluf/. The reception staff were very helpful and nice. We got great studio with beautiful view onto the bay. Food was ok, you always find something nice to eat. Definitely I would recommend Club Santa Ponsa to those who do not require luxury and just want to spend few days on the sun.
all reviews » We stayed for 4 days and really loved the location - up on a hill with beautiful views over the bay. The hotel is much quainter than any of the others with lots of outdoor dining/seating areas. The food was excellent with lots of choice. We will certainly return for another short and very inexpensive break in the sun!. The setting was lovely, the staff were more than helpfull. The free shuttle mpv made getting to the beach easier, I would definately return. The shower was hot and powerful. Food was good, with a good selection of meats,fish & veg and salad. Lovely views over Santa ponsa bay, all inclusive package excellent with a good selection of food and drink. Clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fantastic view of the sea and the mountains. Brilliant food for a 3 star hotel exceeded expectations. Good animation for kids. Great helpful staff in restaurant and reception and in bar Super size apartment and balcony. Lovely views. Some parts of our room were tired and needed updating, but comfortable. Pool was a bit cold a beginning of the week, too cold for young children. Thr french were extremely rude !!! That was not the hotels fault. Could have done with a couple of extra staff to help with the bar and general clearing of tables as the guys working always seemed rushed off their feet but still always had a smile. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned. No disco for adults. Hard to get to the beach and back to hotel due to long stairs. A hen party of Glaswegian women who were foul mouthed and largely drunk. This was a disgrace for the young families who had to witness it. It would certainly stop me from going again if I had young children. Such a shame for a great place otherwise. Food was ordinary- rather mass produced feel to it. Coffee good!. Too many steps too and from appartment. Lift would have been good. Long walk to hotel thank goodness for free bus and taxis. Only being able ti get drinks in the entertainment area. gangs of drunken youths on 3 different occasions. so many kids I have never met in one place! All are very noicy and play without parents.
