The pool was lovely, the rooms were spacious and the kitchen units make it feel like a little apartment away from home. the rooms are not luxury but you do have a flat screen tv, living room and separate bedrooms and kitchen -- nothing to complaint about.

  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier.   Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Bright, clean and very comfortable rooms. Excellent location with fantastic views across the beach from our 18th floor room. Perfect for long walks along the lively promenade (or beach). Wide selection of excellent restaurants close by. It was simply a pleasure to come back to our room. The room was nicely furnished, the bathroom was spacious, had lots of towels (changed every day even if it wasn't not required). The view of the port we got (15th floor) was great. Very helpful staff. And the free minibar was a nice touch (refilled every day, even with bonuses sometimes)

  I liked everything, from the room to the buffet in the morning and evening (dinner). The cocktails in the pool bar in the evening are awesome (I advise you a Piña Colada....!), But the service in general is good. The spa is nice and the gym is a very nice little spot with everything one can need for warming up and working out. We checked out at 3.... what people say » 30 in the night because of our flight and they prepeared us two take away picknick baskets for the breakfast, nice service. The location is very nice: - Amiable reception and cleaning staff, great spa pools. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice ocean view. Decent location, a 15 minute walk to the center of Agaete or to Puerto de Las Nieves, and near good hiking trails up to Tamadaba Forest. We didn't have a car and had no problems (though a bit of Spanish is very useful for the local taxi!). As a vegetarian, the dinner options were better than I expected. One of our favorite hotels we stayed at.
