Friendly, efficient staff. A pleasantly landscaped site in two halves with a clean, good-sized attractive pool for each half (each has a kiddy pool and shower too). The bungalows are roomy and very clean with plenty of wardrobe space (and hangars). Two comfy twin beds in each of the two bedrooms. The bathroom has a great powershower that always had plenty of hot water and plenty of fluffy towels. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The living room is quite roomy with a good sized TV with p.
all reviews » Great location, very close to the beach, the sand dunes, and the shopping centre which the major bus routes pass on. The pool was lovely, the rooms were spacious and the kitchen units make it feel like a little apartment away from home. the rooms are not luxury but you do have a flat screen tv, living room and separate bedrooms and kitchen -- nothing to complaint about. Perfect for us with our 2 year old girl.we could relax outside the bungalow in the sun while the baby was sleeping,and could here her when she woke.not like staying in a 5 or 6 floor hotel.5 mins walk to the beach and resteraunts etc.really quiet at night aswell.staff nice. Excellent location, very friendly staff. Was travelling with a toddler, our flight out was late in the day. They allowed us to stay after noon check-out. Excellent folks. The wi-fi works fine in the livingroom and patio, but not in the inner bedroom. There are food stores really close. The beach is at walking distance with stairs that also work if you have a baby stroller. We stayed with two small kids and it worked fine. We brought our own baby chair. They had a baby bed for us free of charge. The parking in the back is free. all bungalows face pool convienent for beach and playa del Ingles. Heated swimming pool. not much,beds a bit noisy.dona rosa is good for every kind,young couples,families etc... Although they advertise as having internet it is a nightmare to use as it is horribly slow. Slow to the point you give up on whatever you are trying to do. However with this being the only downside it is a place I would easily go back again. Heated pool only at one side of the resort is perhaps the only thing to complain about - it makes a difference when the weather is not so great. Cockroaches. No oven, so limits cooking choice. Central sitcom can't control it. Was too cold esp at night. The air conditioning was totally ineffective... to cool down the bed room we had to open window and front door to let air circulate. The only bad thing was the shower which could be renew. Paya del ingles itself is a bit sleazy with a swingers club 5 mins away. But maybe you are into that!!!!!!! If so get into it Bull.... Equipment in kitchen a little basic and spartan. Cleaning is not very good. Very slow Wi-fi/. Internet is absolutely shocking - so slow - cannot connect most of the time - have to sit by the pool to connect when it works. The staff doesn't speak English,as Playa del Ingles is a touristic city and it requires.Shower needs to be changed. a bit far from the night-life. 20-min walk or 3€ by taxi. The pool is not that warm. The beds are really hard. not enough english television. Hotel information details

The bungalows at Doña Rosa are distributed around a central communal area, where you can find the swimming pools. There is an adults and a children's pool, and one of the swimming pools is heated from 15 October to 1 April every year.

Important information to guests

Please note that guests are not allowed to receive visitors in the complex. Apartments are cleaned 5 days a week. Towels are changed every 3 days and sheets are changed once a week. Please note that one of the swimming pools is closed from 16 until 29 April and from 14 May until 17 June due to renovations. One of the outdoor swimming pools is heated from 1 November to 1 April. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Bungalows Doña Rosa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
