  Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. - Lo... what people say » ved this hotel. Beautiful. Staff extremely helpful and very friendly. Actually acted like they were happy to have us staying at their hotel in their beautiful city. Arrived early morning and got right into our room. Not the usual "wait until 3:00 p.m." like other European hotels we've stayed in.

  Owner was extremely helpful in giving us keys despite delays to our flight. Excellent central location with metro acess only 5 minutes away. Great value for money. - Living in this apartment we had a lot of independence, which we've enjoyed very much. The owner was very accommodating as our flight was delayed two hours and we got in really late, much later than we agreed on and were unable to call until we landed.

  This hotel has all the facilities a modern hotel should have. The gadgets in the rooms are excellent. The programmable room safe is a very good idea.
