We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. Everything - What we liked above all was the access to Beach Club. That alone was worth the money we paid. We also liked the buffet breakfast, although after 2 weeks, you seriously start getting sick of it. Being able to pay with our room card in all the parks restaurants and cafes was an added plus.
