  The hotel is located in a large, nice, green park with many trees. Quiet rooms with basic, but practical furniture. Nice, friendly staff, good food. 6 well maintained clay tennis courts, available for all day. - The staff were so attentive, rooms were immaculate. The resort had everything you needed. Great for young families! Food was superb!

  Isla Mallorca well deserves it 4 stars the breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice. The staff were very helpful. Being in a quiet area of Palma the facillities at the hotel refelected this every thing was available. our group of 9 were very impressed. - the staff - excellent trained , the room - excellent , everything was excellent

  We were a familiy of five and was very satisfied with the four days we spent in Esperanza Mar. Perfect for families with big pool, nice gardens and of course very convienent with all inclusive! Apartment was very nice. Food was good and there were new courses prepeard by a chef every day. Childrens buffet ok.
