very calm. nice. good quality. good location. The hotel wanted an extra EUR 150 to keep the room on our last day, despite the fact we'd spent a considerable sum of money on the whole trip. The reception staff said they'd speak to the manager about the extra charge. When we asked again we were then told the hotel was completely full and they needed the room back by 12, which was strange as we'd been told it was very quiet.
