  The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were able to accomodate an extra bed each so that we could have 3 in each room each night, and we were charged nothing for the extra beds. There was a charge for the breakfast buffet but it was much more reasonable than others we encountered. - Helpful Staff, made welcome

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this archeticural masterpiece. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The furnishings were interesting as well. The weather was terrible during our stay, so it was great to have access to the shopping centre behind the hotel to keep us occupied. Because of the weather we spent more time in our room than other... what people say » wise normal. So it was great to have such a lovely room. - As 3 pilgrim backpackers from the U. S. A. doing the Camino de Santiago, the 2-day stay was a luxurious hiatus in our pilgrimage. We were treated with great respect and the receptionists made us feel like valuable customers regardless of our garb! Our sincere thanks for such a high class staff so well selected and so willing to be helpful at all times!
