  Nice staff. Close to Cordobe. The castle above the village is wonderfully preserved. One of th nicest we saw in southern Spain. Hotel offered good parking for 4 Euro. Rooms were comfortable but would probably not stay here again becasue of the difficulty in finding the hotel. Would stay in Cordobe next time.   We had a wonderful time at the Apartmentos Plaza de la Luz! The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Our apartment was terrific, very clean and modern with plenty of space for the four of us. The apartment is very well located in the old city, within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. It's only 5 minutes walk to Playa La Calet... what people say » a but we ended up walking the 20 minutes to Playa Victoria which was bigger. The walk is stunning along the coast path and is definitely worth it. Whe - Spotless room and bathroom, great location. The rooms have everything you need, our double room was a bit small, but that did not bother us at all. We chose this hotel for the private parking which was great! We felt a lot more secure parking our rental car here and were not bothered paying 15,- for it.

Friendly, funny and there to help with anything you need. The hostal has a Spanish/Moroccan feel so you feel very much like you're in Spain but great to be able to speak English. I didn't get to taste Ian's infamous scrambled eggs, a good reason to return. Which I will do next time i'm in Nerja.
