  Loved everything! The staff was excellent! Helpful, fully bi-and tri-lingual if not more and the directions they provided to the parking garage were exact and easy. That is huge when trying to find your way around Granada. I can't say enough about how nice the hotel and staff was. Clean and nice rooms in an excellent location! The side street where it is located is quiet, so it is possible to have a good sleep which is rare in Spain.Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. When we had language problems, the owner pulled up a translator online and we communicated that way. Only a short walk away from all the really cool parts of Granada. The staff had the bed chnged immediately.The buffet breakfast was a plus also as there are no resturants readily available in the local area.
