  The best western arosa was a brilliant hotel, right in the heart of the city! We had an eighth floor room overlooking Gran via with our own balcony which we were upgraded to for free! I will certainly go back to Madrid and stay here again! - Very nice for the price. Friendly helpful staff and great location.   We were changed to the Husa Princesa, which is the same building but a 5star hotel. Staff was incredible.
