We were changed to the Husa Princesa, which is the same building but a 5star hotel. Staff was incredible. The service room and facilites at the hotel were also great, just one thing, the minibar at the room must change the method of billing, because when you move something just to see what it is you are automatically charged. - Guillaume

Location! Adjacent to large department store which included a full foodmarket, Starbuck's next door, metro stop a block away and connected tosister hotel Princesa which provided a much more expansive combinedfacility with amenities. Room was relatively spacious and had an entryhallway which buffered noise from guests and housekeeping and added tobathroom privacy. Comfortable beds. - Patricia
