  Isla Mallorca well deserves it 4 stars the breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice. The staff were very helpful. Being in a quiet area of Palma the facillities at the hotel refelected this every thing was available. our group of 9 were very impressed. - the staff - excellent trained , the room - excellent , everything was excellent

Came here a few years ago and hotel definitely needed updating.The recent revamp has made this an excellent place to stay.Location could not be better - sea view rooms overlook the marina with views of cathedral to left and cruise ships to the right. Bus direct to airport (3 Euros) and city - What a wonderful city break we had. Staff are excellent, rooms were stylish and recently revamped. Seaview rooms had great glass walled balcony with spectacular views of the Marina and of the Cathedral. Bathroom has very large shower cubicle, stylish room. Position of the hotel was perfect. Lovely 10 minute walk along the marina walk to the cathedral and town. Breakfast could not have been better, the choice is vast, from pastries, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, cooked breakfast to order,

  The hotel is in an excellent location beside the main transport centre for trains and buses throughout the city of Palma and to destinations on the island. The bus from the airport stops outside the hotel. The hotel is of modern design, comfortable and clean. Excellent and friendly staff. Please note that the hotel does not have its own parkign garage, you need to use one from their partner hotel. It's about 500m walking distance, ask at the reception, EUR 10,50 per night. The garage next to the hotel at Plaza d'Espana is useful for unloading your car etc. - but it's not as cheap as the official one just mentioned...

  We were told when we arrived that our room had been upgraded to a suite - as you can see, off to a good start. The room was very posh and modern, everything in the room was functioning and clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. I read from previous reviews that the breakfast buffet was meager with no hot food... what people say » ... Maybe this was a recent update, but when we were there we were able to order eggs prepared to our liking, which I thought was neat!   I hadn't realised it was all inclusive so it was a nice added bonus. Set out of hotel was very nice and relaxing - The swimming pool area. The buffet was excellent. I thought we hadbooked for bandb but it was fully comprehensive which included all drinks.

  I was booked into Costal Azul Hotel in Palma for four nights and it was th epits so I found this hotel asap and booked immediately and arried an hour later and got checked in to a double room for sole use incl breakfast with a view over the beach. The staff are lovely the breakfast is exc ellent and has everything you want in a selection.
