  The hotel is in an excellent location beside the main transport centre for trains and buses throughout the city of Palma and to destinations on the island. The bus from the airport stops outside the hotel. The hotel is of modern design, comfortable and clean. Excellent and friendly staff. Please note that the hotel does not have its own parkign garage, you need to use one from their partner hotel. It's about 500m walking distance, ask at the reception, EUR 10,50 per night. The garage next to the hotel at Plaza d'Espana is useful for unloading your car etc. - but it's not as cheap as the official one just mentioned...

  I hadn't realised it was all inclusive so it was a nice added bonus. Set out of hotel was very nice and relaxing - The swimming pool area. The buffet was excellent. I thought we hadbooked for bandb but it was fully comprehensive which included all drinks.

  I was booked into Costal Azul Hotel in Palma for four nights and it was th epits so I found this hotel asap and booked immediately and arried an hour later and got checked in to a double room for sole use incl breakfast with a view over the beach.   Excellent location in a characterfull hotel. Couldn't believe it was so peaceful in the centre of the city..a little haven. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.They offered advice on trips, eating out, travel arrangements etc.Would definitely recommend and stay again - The huge spa bath!

But after 1 night, we considered that the budget is pretty friendly and the bedroom is so comfortable. And then we didn't expected the housekeeper was clean the room every morning. We are satisfied.

  The view from our balcony was nice, the breakfast was good, very good sangria in the hotelbar. The Pelikano Beachclub has tasty meals - both lunch and dinner, and a very friendly staff. - Really nice staff and hellpful
