  Isla Mallorca well deserves it 4 stars the breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice. The staff were very helpful. Being in a quiet area of Palma the facillities at the hotel refelected this every thing was available. our group of 9 were very impressed. - the staff - excellent trained , the room - excellent , everything was excellent

  Beautiful design, simple and modern. Room was large with quality fittings and furniture. Roof terrace very comfortable, quiet and relaxing and a perfect way to start and end the day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spa was a good addition. Excellent location as it was in a quieter area of Palma, near to the Cathderal and away from late night nois... what people say » e. We would certainly return here - The Hotel room was decorated beautifully and the staff were so friendly. The views from the terrace were amazing and it was a lovely way to end the day. The hotel was just a stroll away from the cathedral. Breakfast was impressive too!

Both bedrooms we booked were spacious with a balcony.I had concerns because one of our party is in a wheelchair and i had asked for our room to be near hers and it was. we were near the lift and access was great.
