Isla Mallorca well deserves it 4 stars the breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice. The staff were very helpful. What a wonderful city break we had. Staff are excellent, rooms were stylish and recently revamped. Seaview rooms had great glass walled balcony with spectacular views of the Marina and of the Cathedral. Bathroom has very large shower cubicle, stylish room. Position of the hotel was perfect. Lovely 10 minute walk along the marina walk to the cathedral and town. Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

Comfortable, clean room, with a view of the harbour (which we weren't expecting/hadn't paid for). Being offered a glass of Cava on arrival! Fabulous Jacuzzi on the roof with a view to die for (Cathedral, city, castle, harbour). Small pool. Food was excellent - we tried breakfast, lunch & dinner at the hotel - very fresh, tasty & large portions.
