  We stayed at Casa Azul in December. We found the hotel very convenient for all areas of the city and the buses to the centre were also frequent and stopped close to the hotel. The rooms were beautifully furnished , the bathroom was well appointed and the rooms and hotel spotlessly clean and well maintained . Breakfast was fab with lots of variety ... what people say » guaranteed to set you up for the day. The hosts Carlos and Carolina were very welcoming and helpful , nothing was too much trouble. A charming and cha - This is a very nice bed & breakfast, very close to the sea and in walking distance of the centre of the city. Our room was very tastefully decorated and made us feel right at home. The owners are very helpful and friendly and take very good care of their guests with an eye for detail. You couldn't wish for better hosts! We would certainly book a room for a second time at La Casa Azul if we were to visit Malaga again!

The location couldn't be better – right in the City Centre, just round the corner from the Cathedral. Pretty much everything you would want to visit is within walking distance (with the exception of the main train station, that's about a 10 min cab ride).

  This hotel is absolutely fantastic. There are only a few rooms, in this castle-like setting, with beautiful grounds overlooking the Mediterranean. The rooms are sumptuous; spacious, airy, light. Breakfast is good - basically continental; I wouldn't rate breakfast 5 star, but it will fill you up and is not bad. The rooms are cute. Definitely ask for a room facing the sea if it's availlable. Martin, the manager, and Pilar, his assistant, were incredibly helpful and friendly with local knowledge and rec - The location and facilities were excellent. The apartment was well equipped and finished to a very high standard. I phoned the company who manage the apartment when we arrived and there was someone there within minutes to show us around. It was overall an excellent apartment right in the centre of Malaga's old town and good value for money.
