I just stayed for one night. Has a very central location and the room is correct. We stayed in a family room whit four beds and a bathroom. Next time in Madrid, i will come back! -

It was my first experience to stay in a hostel. And I was not disappointed. The room windows were faced inside that is why it was quietly. The room was small, but it was very clean. Everything. Holiday inn Express without the frills yet still a personal touch. Right downtown. 1 block or so from Gran Via subway (metro station stop.
Safe. 24 hr desk. 3 levels of security; building, hotel, then your room.
Maid rearranged room for us after first night to better suit our needs(2 twins beds to a pseudo-double) and tidied our sloppy shoes.
Ultra clean. Like spotless. Pressed sheets.
I found this property with a price filter but will make a bee line there next time.

The only problem is the fact the there is no elevator access to the 4th floor (even though the rooms in such floor are the newest and, consequently, the best ones). The breakfast was definitely acceptable (filling anyway) and included in the rate: 180€ per a double-bed room per two nights, in the heart of Madrid! Cool!!

It's really great place to stay. Clean spacious rooms, very close to
shops and really nice local restaurants. Hotel is situated on suburbs
area but this is not a disadvantage at all. Next to the hotel in the
neighborhood you can find asian shop with everything you need. I hope I

All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facilities were beautifully clean and comfortable. Was very good value for the price we paid. I would definitely stay there again if in Madrid.

Everything excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful.The hotel is located in a less crowded area with two supermarkets around. Apartment is large and very, very clean. Also bed linen was very clean. Furniture is very new. Modern and well equipped kitchen. Washing machine. TV set in each room. Underground parking large, safe and easy to use.
