The place had loads of character, we loved the quirky shapes and designs of the place and our room was delightful, and there are some lovely public spaces. The location was absolutely brilliant, right in the heart of Santa Cruz and close to the cathedral. It was amazing to get such good value accommodation in this spot. The staff were lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are basic, but for people on a budget, the Vergara is a cut above.

Highly impressed with the hotel and the exceptional service of each and every staff, specially Marta. The staff were friendly and very helpful, they had everything at the tip of their fingers and guided us in the best possible way in terms of tours and other things. We stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed every bit. We would love to return to Casa Seville if we go back to Seville. Thanks Marta and team for looking after us and making us feel at home.

the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful as we were there with our baby. the location was brilliant and the hotel was perfect for us considering the price which was really reasonable. - This hotel was in a fantastic position to sightsee and eat at all the local cafes and bars. Not my first tript to the Bienvenido and it will not be my last. It is very central, very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
