New, very clean, well and tastefully furnished apartment. Absolutely loving every moment I was staying in the apartment. Close to the famous Sagrada Familia (1 metro stop, although also accessible by walking), definitely worth the money.

It was wonderful! The women who helped us, Natalie and Anna, were veryfriendly and accomodating. The apartment was spacious and clean and in agreat building and neighborhood. There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

the centre near La Rambla was about 15 minutes or 5 minutes on the Metro
service, the station is almost next door to the apartment so very handy.

When we checked in, after a 7 day cruise with Royal Caribbean Cruises,
we met with Sandra Tena a few streets down from the actual apartment.
She was very nice and helpful and gave advise where ever she could
regarding shopping, dining, etc. We have done many trips to bcn and the
location in Eixample is great with many shops and restaurants. If you
like pizza, go where the locals go, there is a pizza place on the same
