  The apartments are not central but conveniently located close to two metro stations, which is on the same line as many of the tourist attractions. The furnishings are basic but everything is kept spotlessly clean. There are plenty of shops close by to buy basic food requirements but not really any decent places to eat. Joan, the manager, is very... what people say » helpful. He sat down with us the first evening and showed us all the places we wanted to see on a map and explained how to get there. He also suggest - Very friendly staff and very good value for money. Was the same price as the cheapest hotels but receive much more than a normal hotel room with two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom. It isnt in the centre of town but it is very close to the main line on the metro which is a 10 min ride away from the centre of town. Overall more than what you need if you plan to be out all day

  The Gentleman who received us (Family of 6 ) although he wasn't on duty for the remainder of our stay, he was extremely helpful, pleasant and understood and spoke english very well. The others were pleasant. The location was very close to Parc Guell. The kids liked the pool. - Small and very welcoming.

  The apartment looked brand new and had all the facilities we needed, 2 toilets one with bathtub and one with shower, the ac worked well. The location was aside a big road overbulit with a little square so it was a little noisy outside but not in the flat (that was on the 2nd floor, 3rd with swedish way of counting), the good thing was that it was ... what people say » very close to a metro station. The staff was good when we were there but don't expect them to answer emails sent before arrival, they didn't reply to - Size and interior of the flat. Self-catering. Convenient location close to the metro. Many tourist attractions are easily accesible using the Metro such as Las Ramblas. Parc Güell and the Tramvia Blau was walking distance from the flat. The staff was fluentnin many languages including English and also very helpfull to book transfers from the airport.

  My family and I like the location in the heart of the city with metro station nearby and shopping for high end goods very near also. With the metro station, you can go anywhere. It is also a safe area for tourists to walk even until midnight. We also appreciate the apartment upgrade given to us.   Great place to have a quite retreat from the city. David spoke good English and was very helpful. The house is in a super location to find and to depart from if driving and a short walk to catch the metro into the heart of city or to the harbor. We just parked our car nearby and never used it at all in Barcelona. Between a Hop on and off bus ticke... what people say » t and the metro you can get all over the city easily. The room was nice clean and the beds great. It was very nice to have a little back yard to relax - Best appartment ever!!! The room is really spacious, the view from the balcony was nice.It feels really good when you sip the Sangria sitting on the balcony and the enjoy the sunshine from Barcelona!!! The owner David was so helpful, he prepared the map for us and gave lots of useful advice.The location was not that city center but very safe and close to the metro, it's about 10 mins walk which is nothing to me , cuz you can enjoy the view and everything. Highly recommend to ya'll~~~
