This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. Service as always was excellent - Susanna at reception was very very helpful and I really felt looked after - the room was lovely too and really clean. I will definitely stay there again. - Great friendly staff,lot's of good cervecerias nearby.Easy access tocenter.Good value for money.

Great staff! Very nice place to stay at with an amazing view of the river bed which is no more than a 100 feet away. Very close to major sight seeing sites within 20 min walks. - The hotel in a good location and the rooms are really comfortable and big.

Brilliant position right on the best square in the city. Ask for a room overlooking the square on floor four or above and you have a fantastic view of the fountain both day and night. The location of the hotel was very central, all the major sites were within waling distance or a short bus ride. It was easy to reach from the airport by taxi.

Real glasses of high quality i.e not plastic. Excellent bathroom. Could not be faulted. Staff responded to stuck blind immediately. Both large and small touches exemplary. Would certainly go again.
