Definitely the location + the kindness of the lady who was taking care of the space. She is so friendly and so helpful. You kind of feel yourself sharing home with 'old friends' and not really in a hostel. I only stayed over for a night but it was enough to feel the spirit of the place.

You always feel if people do something with love and desire to please their guests I can say that about Apartments Hispanos Siete Suiza. Everything was done with fine taste. The location is pretty good too – it’s just five minutes to the tube station as well as to Sagrada Familia.

Breakfast (served until 11.30am) was an enormously varied buffet, with cold meats and cheese, cereals, yoghurt, fruits, hot bacon, sausages, tomatoes, eggs and mushrooms. Friendly and helpful staff provided recommendations of local sites. Large bright apartment with a views of the Pedrera was ideal. The unit was clean and freshly updated with the option of maid service for just €16 per day. The apartment provides over twice the space of a standard hotel and is equipped with comfortable beds. Located by the Rodeo Drive of Barcelona, there is great access to high end shops and the metro station is right around the corner. All in all a great stay.

Second, since it seems to be renovated recently, the facilities are quite new. Moreover, my room is comfortable and quiet in the night. The shared bathroom is also clean. Finally, the staff are friendly, and the most attractive feature for me is the free wireless internet access.
