  Room had a fantastic view of Gran Via. Staff were very friendly and informative . Bar Reims was very relaxing and particularly liked the snacks that were given out with the drinks.   The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. We went for a delux room on a special offer they had that included breakfast. The breakfast was available till 11.00am and had pleanty to offer every taste and requirement. The hotel Spa was really good although you do have to wear a swimming hat in the pool.
