  The staff we're attentive, professional, extremely polite & friendly. The private Spa was uber relaxing. We had a superior double room. So comfortable, so relaxing. Bath had a Jazzuzi so relaxing. Breakfast was also great. We learned to make our own cafe using the hotel breakfast Nepresso machine each morning without having to hassle the staff. Massage was also very relaxing.

Good location, and not too difficult to find. An average backpacker's hostel. 1 small bathroom per floor could become an issue during peak holiday seasons. I went there at the end of October, so it wasn't an issue.

  The hotel is lovely and we were amazed at the facilities for the money. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and our room great and we had secure parking. We didn't have time to explore as we were on a stop over but would recommend the hotel to anyone. The interior was beautiful and a fantastic breakfast too. Brilliant value and relaxing night. - Quiet but a pleasant 15 minutes walk to the city over the Roman bridge. Limited garage parking. Considering the area, you could walk locally to a small park as it is an urban location. All the extra facilities of Salamanca are based around the river, which is between the hotel and the city, so you have places to stroll and sights to see close at hand. Away from church bells! Good breakfast.

  This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We were so impressed at the spacious bedroom on the first occasion when we only spent one night that we decided to spend two nights this time. Somehow the presence of the citchen was not stated either in the description of the room or on the photo of it.
