The situation close to the Plaza Mayor, the design sand cleanliness of the rooms... the TV and web facilities. 2 meters away from the square, modern design with bathtub and very clean room. It was a great location...literally right off the Plaza Mayor. The staff was friendly, and were kind enough to store our luggage for us when we arrived earlier than check-out time and again when we had a late afternoon departure. Definitely would stay there again!.

You can't park outside to unload without risking getting towed away. We parked at an underground carpark 5 minutes away, which wasn't too inconvenient as long as you are fully mobile.Noisy (bad internal sound isolation), bathroom transparent door providesno privacy. Lots of drunken brawls outside the hotel till 6AM.and staff'ssilliness about it (that's Spain, or: the police is afraid to doanything about it'). it was a little noisy. staff at reception desk was confused about what type of room i had reserved, eventually i got a plaza view which is what i had reserved. Noisy due to close proximity to plaza major. Little information about other hotels in the chain. Every hotel should be able to call up and print a map for any other hotel.Recepcionists should be hapier. Did not like that the door locks in the rooms do not have deadbolts.Note fair on value for money due to our experience recommend if you sortour midweek room rate problem as over 3 times rate for the same room notacceptable. Sheets were dirty and no one was available to change them. Clean sheets were provided, however.Air conditioner in room did not work. Constant mechanical noises. No lounge.Some rooms have no exterior view and are small. You must be prepared for outside noise until 5:30-6:00 a.m. due to the late night's revelry of the bar patrons around Plaza Mayor.Reception to small and many people speaking to the qirl at reception during chekin!No confortable!. Sauna shower too complex to operate - instructions should be provided. Transparent bathroom door. 3 star hotel should have hot drinks in room. No comfortable chairs in room. 30 euros/night surcharge for room on main square excessive - but the choice was voluntary.Our room was very small; really a single with a double bed crammed in;no space at all; vey cramped [but we were only there for 2 nights!]. Yes the rooms had glass doors on the bathrooms, and the rooms needed decorating.yes. The staff was not qualified and the rooms where too hot, it was impossible to stay in the room. Hotel is not renovated, the room was very very dirty, very small, and not confortable. The hotel is located in a area were you can not enter by car after 11 am - with a lot of luggage, its a problem. Never more for this High Tech Hotel, and I will think better before choosing another High Tech Hotel.
